EWC Imperium Capital Ltd is an Approved Fund under the Securities and Investment Business (Incubator and Approved Funds) Regulations, 2015 of the British Virgin Islands, focused on digital assets and digital-sector investing.
Certificate of Status No. SIBR/IFAF/26/0944, granted 20 July 2026 by the BVI Financial Services Commission.
The Fund is available to institutional and professional investors only. As for August 22nd 2026, he fund has not commenced in any investment operations and is in planning and structural organization phase.
